The questions people ask before writing
Who is going to read this?
Amara Bello, who writes the site, from Canada. One person, one address, no automated acknowledgement. Most mail is answered within two to four days.
The address says “support”. Is this game support?
No, and the prefix is admittedly misleading. It is support for the site: corrections, broken links, disputed facts. Neither Dream Games nor Creative Joy has any connection to this page, and nothing here can see a player account, a purchase or a saved game. Both studios take support inside their own apps, which is the only channel with access to any of it.
I was charged for something. Can you reverse it?
No. Both games are free to install and every charge inside them is taken by Google Play. No payment has passed through this domain at any point, so there is nothing here to refund and no record to look up. Google's purchase history and refund request live in the Play Store app.
Something on the page is wrong. What should I send?
The sentence, quoted, and what your own screen shows instead. If it is a store fact, the province matters, because Canadian prices are quoted before tax and the totals differ. This is the message that gets acted on fastest, and it is why the address exists.
Can I pay to be mentioned or linked?
No. There is no paid placement on this site, no sponsored text and no affiliate tag on any link, including the retailer ones. Offers of that kind are not answered.
What about my own data?
Only the mail you send exists, and you can ask what is held, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted. That is answered inside thirty days and normally the same week. Trademark and image claims are handled as the Legal Notice describes.
Why is there no address or telephone number?
Because a personal site run out of a home has neither an office nor a business line, and printing a residential address on a public page is not a reasonable thing to do. Where a matter requires service by post, ask and an address suited to it is given.
