Jovraken

Privacy Policy

In effect from 7 September 2026

Written under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and arranged by what you might actually do on this site, since that is what decides whether anything about you exists at all.

If you only read

Then the sole trace of your visit is an entry in a server log: the address the request came from, the browser identification string it announced, the moment it arrived and the file it asked for. Every website produces this, it is what makes a page arrive and a fault diagnosable, and here it is used for nothing else. The hosting company records and erases it on its own cycle, which does not run past six months, acting for us under contract and not on its own account.

Nothing else happens while you read. No analytics tool is installed, no advertising tag, no external typeface, no embedded player, no third-party script of any description — every file the page pulls comes from jovraken.com. As a direct consequence there is no audience figure for this site and no company outside it knows you were here.

If you write to us

Then a mailbox holds your address and your message for as long as the matter is open. It is used to answer you and for nothing besides; it is not added to a list, because no list exists. When the matter closes the correspondence is deleted, and in any case within twelve months of your last message. No marketing is ever sent from this address, so no consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation is asked for, granted or stored anywhere.

If you answer the notice at the foot of the page

Then one cookie is written by this domain, holding the name of the button you pressed and nothing else — no identifier, no timestamp, nothing that distinguishes you from anyone else who pressed the same button. The Cookie Notice lists it in full. It is read by this site only and never sent anywhere.

If you follow a link away

Then you are on Google Play or on a retailer's site, and their privacy policies apply from that point. Neither link writes anything to this domain, neither transmits anything about you before it is clicked, and neither carries a parameter that would identify you or this page as the source. What either company does afterwards is outside our sight and outside our control.

If you want something changed or removed

Ask. Amara Bello publishes jovraken.com from Canada, is accountable for everything above, and reads [email protected]. You may ask what is held from your correspondence, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted; the answer is written, comes inside thirty days and usually inside a week, and deletion is confirmed once done. Should the answer not satisfy you, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada takes complaints about a site like this one, and a Quebec resident may go instead to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
