Four things are worth agreeing before anything else: what the site is, how much a fact on it is worth, what a link does, and who is answerable for what.
What the site is
Jovraken is an editorial page about two free match-three games for Android, plus one section on the hardware that makes a timed board easier to hit accurately. It is free, anonymous, and carries no advertising. No goods or licences are sold here, no installation file is hosted, no payment is processed and no account exists to create.
How much a store fact here is worth
Exactly as much as its date. Developers and Google change labels, sizes, purchase entries and availability whenever they choose and announce none of it. Every store fact on this site therefore appears with the day it was read, and after that day the application's own listing is the authority. If your listing contradicts this page, your listing wins and we would like to be told.
What the hardware links do, and do not do
Each opens a category search on a retailer's own website and does nothing further. No product is selected for you, no tracking parameter is attached, and Jovraken is not a party to any sale that follows: the contract is yours with the seller, as are price, stock, delivery, returns and warranty. This site sells nothing, holds no stock, dispatches nothing, and receives no commission on any order. No retail price appears anywhere here, deliberately, since a price typed onto a page is a claim that stops being true within days.
Who owns the material
The text, the tables, the layout and the code are Amara Bello's. Quote a passage with attribution and a link if it is useful. Reproducing a whole page, or scraping the site by machine, is not permitted. Game names, icons, screenshots and any retailer's marks belong to their owners; the Legal Notice sets out whose is whose.
Who is answerable for what
The material is offered as it stands, written and checked by one person. Jovraken is not answerable for your decision to install either game, for what a game charges you afterwards, for an order you place with a retailer, or for the site being briefly unreachable during hosting maintenance. Where a statement here is wrong, the remedy is that it gets corrected, which is what the contact address is for.
Complaints and applicable law
Write to [email protected] quoting the page concerned; the reply is in writing. Canadian law and the law of the operator's province govern these terms, and none of them removes a consumer right that cannot be waived by agreement.
